25. DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION

Copies of the following documents will be available for inspection at the Company's registered office, Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton HM11, Bermuda, Signet's registered office, 15 Golden Square, London, W1F 9JG and the offices of Herbert Smith LLP, Exchange House, Primrose Street, London EC2A 2HS during normal business hours on Monday to Friday each week (public holidays excepted) for a period from and including the date of publication of this document until the date of the LSE Admission:

• the Company's memorandum of association and the Bye-laws;
• Signet's memorandum and articles of association;
• the consent letters referred to in Section 23 in this Part XII;
• the audited accounts of Signet for the financial years ended 2 February 2008, 3 February 2007 and 28 January 2006;
